The Fraser Mills Presentation Centre sets the stage for a 5,500-home community in Coquitlam. Built on the site of what was once the largest sawmill in the British Commonwealth, the building reflects its heritage through timber, craft, innovation, and sustainability. After serving as a sales centre, the building will have a second life as a community amenity with the completion of Fraser Mills.
