Description

Evoking the spontaneity of mushrooms sprouting overnight, the Maitake Table applies multiplicity and variation to adapt to any setting. Beginning with a simple, generative modular form, each table is an aggregation of units, forming clusters of varying sizes and heights. This endless flexibility allows Maitake Tables to engage with their surroundings, playfully reaching toward or shying away from nearby objects as desired.

Maitake Table modules are available in four sizes and three heights. Varying the heights of modules within a configuration allows for overlaps, enhancing the depth and practicality of the table’s organic, instinctive form. Each table is made to order, and design of custom configurations is available. For information on purchasing, email products@patkau.ca.
