The Charles H Scott Gallery is a renovation of an existing gallery space within the Emily Carr College of Art and Design.

The renovation involved reorganizing and retrofitting the interior so that it was suitable for wide variety of exhibits. A dialogue was created between the existing timber structure and the neutral white walls suitable for the display of contemporary art. The renovation also opens the gallery to the street, creating a positive connection between the activities of the gallery and the street life of Granville Island.
